This book is a chest full of treasures. It is difficult to say which chapter contained the most beneficial gold. I would have to say the exercises for body mindfulness were my favorite gems. Some I had heard of before, but Leah spoke directly to my soul as to why they could be transformative to physical well being. I will integrate them into my spiritual practice for sure. The criteria for a good self help guide is that it be useful not just interesting to read. This book is both and we get to know Leah in the telling of her personal experiences. -C.S.
Reading the book, I felt as if I was sitting with a best friend, engaged in wonderful, insightful conversation.
